The mushrooms also leave enough water, so you need a glass of warm water. Let everything boil for about 12-15 minutes, over medium heat.
In a small bowl, dissolve a little flour, with cream and milk. Pour into the pan and mix well, over low heat, for about 3 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and put the grated cheese and chopped parsley. Let the mixture cool.
Brașov pancake filling
