Martisor cake

The egg whites are mixed with the sugar, the yolks, the oil and the flour are added, stirring gently from the bottom up. The composition is poured into a tray greased with oil and lined with flour and placed in the hot oven for 30-35 minutes.

Prepare the pudding powder following the instructions on the envelope, when it is ready, add the yolk and butter, stirring vigorously. Cut the cooled top in half and fill it with warm cream, then powder it with powdered sugar.
